My name is Furnell and I am just finishing my 2nd year of teaching 2nd grade! It is such a fabulous grade level and it truly is where my heart is!
Welcome to my journey into the wonderful world of blogging! There are so many great blogs out there for education, so I thought I'd give it a try (and so my husband won't have to listen to be ramble on and on about all of the details of my day)! I have 3 weeks left of school, which is when I will really start the blogging! I am hoping to touch upon all subject areas, behavior management, classroom set up, organization, and basically entering my journey into my 3rd year.
My class uses ball chairs (we are the only whole class in the district to do so). With the help of family, friends, other donors, and Donors Choose, I was able to receive a class set of stability balls. These have been a game changer in Room 202! We LOVE them. Stay tuned for future posts, pictures, stories, and rants!
